Perfect deli cuts of your favorite boneless meats are always within reach thanks to LEM Products 1020 10" Commercial Quality Meat Slicer. Finely honed blade rarely needs to be sharpened, even with frequent use. Sharpener is included for when it comes time for sharpening. Sliding carriage and food holder arm ensure consistently smooth and precise cuts. To adjust thickness, just turn the graduated knob. This slicer will slice as thin as 1 mm or as thick as 14 mm and any thickness in-between. Auto shut off feature for added safety. Strong 1/4 HP motor. Skid resistant rubber feet. Note: Not suitable for slicing frozen foods or non-food items. Dimensions: 19" (W) x 16" (D) x 15" (H). 10" diameter blade. Weight: 30 pounds. ETL Certified.

This review is from: LEM Products 10-Inch Commercial Quality Meat Slicer (Sports) Slicer works great, slices paper thin and fast too plenty of power way better than our old Oster. Now to see if it lasts the 20 yrs. + the Oster has. only issues Came with cooling grates on bottom crushed but worked fine. The Packaging could be more secure. And clean up is not to bad but be careful removing the blade to clean It is razer sparp handle from inside hole only and wash away from the edge using a this spouge to keep from cutting yourself. I was initially going to buy the Weston model, but saw the LEM model. It's the same as the Weston, but it comes with two cutters (3/8 and �) rather than just one as the Weston does. I wanted both sizes, and this model was much less expensive than the Weston once the second cutter was added. It was impressive in terms of weight. This is all metal, with the plastic parts limited to the push plate (the plate that holds the potato in place). That's good, but only if the parts are properly machined. In this case, it's made very poorly. Parts do not fit together well at all. At best, that makes it difficult to use. At worst, as in my case, it makes it non-functional. Even before I had a chance to use it, the back frame snapped. It probably had a weak joint during manufacturing, and it snapped as easily as a twig when I was assembling it.
