This sounds like a small thing, but honestly, I haven't found anything to replace it. Saran Wrap clings to ITSELF more than anything, very frustrating to use and still doesn't seal. The other brands don't seal AT ALL - they don't stick to themselves or anything else. Glad Press and Seal sticks TOO hard and actually leaves a residue on my dishes - and it's expensive. Reynolds Plastic Wrap was easy to dispense and cut, didn't stick to itself so much that I couldn't smooth it out, and stuck to almost anything with a stretched-tight seal. The package took 45 seconds to assemble (open the box, feed the plastic through the top, put the cutter in place, close the box). The only slight hitch is, where do you store it? It won't fit in a normal depth top drawer of a lower cabinet. |
